These precautions are for Spigen Glas.T Nano series users only.

If you're planning to get the Nano tempered glass series, then you might keep these in mind. Casings as posted above will not fit. YES I KNOW! SPIGEN did mentioned this tempered glass series are supposed to fit most of the casings. But HELL NO! If you put these casings on, the sides of the casing will actually apply pressure on the tempered glass and causing the glass to tear out. It might crack your tempered glass. OR causing defects like

These are some of examples:

Well! Of course there's a solution!

JUST GET THE CASINGS PROVIDED BY SPIGEN. SPIGEN IS SMART THO!

Yeah! I've heard complains about the stiffness on volume rocker for the Slim armor series. Well, I don't really like the design for the slim armor bro =( No offence

Compared with the free jelly bean button, is the aluminium button jetted out? Which one is higher? The higher, the nicer to press.

It's about the same based on eye view. But when you're pressing both buttons, the aluminium feels way better and solid, as well as the smoothness. I think the alum ones is higher.

Hello guys.

My phone screen has some issues where there is one thin, grey-ish vertical line across the screen. It is most visible when you turn the brightness down, but hardly noticeable in full brightness. It has been a month since I bought the phone. I do not know when it starts to appear but I just recently noticed it and frankly,it is really annoying. So I'm considering about going for the warranty. Bought it at SenQ, 1 year Samsung warranty and another year under SenQ. Should I just go to Samsung Service Center or go to SenQ instead? Will they repair it or give me a new phone? Thanks in advance.

Normally once you bought the phone, SenQ/Any authorised resellers will no longer handle the warranty or whatsoever. Get to Samsung SC. Samsung will only replace one unit for you as if there's a few repairing attempts and yet the problem still there. Dont worry, they'll repair for you. Normally takes 3-5 working days.

hi guys, I'm pretty much new here. I'm asking on behalf of my gf, her phone fell just now from waist high and she is about 150cm tall. the phone was in side a flip cover and and fell on its back not face down. i was there when the thing happens and the fall is not that bad my note 2 have experienced worse. But the thing is the screen now got no display and only some streaking line everytime i turn on the screen before it automatically turned off again. I am able to call the phone but no ringing tone even though the phone was not on silent mode before.

You think I can try and claim for warranty? if yes what should i tell them. if no how much will it cost to repair them?

the phone is 1 weeks old btw and i pretty much disapointed with the quality as the fall is really not that bad

Nope. Actually you don't have to bring anything as the phone is already being registered via E-Warranty. But, I recommend you to bring them just in case!! Last time, when I got my Note 2 for warranty due to faulty motherboard, it tooks 2 days to complete! Get to Federal Highway SC! Efficient and great service! But make sure after 2 or 3 days, you make a call to them by urself instead of waiting for their calls.

Whoa, not even the receipt? That would save me lots of trouble! Yeah I did register e-warranty via FallenOut here.

Yep, another testimonial on how 'good' the flip case protects.
Nobody can reply u here as it's definitely a hardware issue. Bring service center to repair.
My son purposely threw my s4 on the floor Bcoz I don't allow him to play game so long. Luckily no issue thanks to neo casing.
