Hello guys.

My phone screen has some issues where there is one thin, grey-ish vertical line across the screen. It is most visible when you turn the brightness down, but hardly noticeable in full brightness. It has been a month since I bought the phone. I do not know when it starts to appear but I just recently noticed it and frankly,it is really annoying. So I'm considering about going for the warranty. Bought it at SenQ, 1 year Samsung warranty and another year under SenQ. Should I just go to Samsung Service Center or go to SenQ instead? Will they repair it or give me a new phone? Thanks in advance.

Normally once you bought the phone, SenQ/Any authorised resellers will no longer handle the warranty or whatsoever. Get to Samsung SC. Samsung will only replace one unit for you as if there's a few repairing attempts and yet the problem still there. Dont worry, they'll repair for you. Normally takes 3-5 working days.

Very well then. Other than the receipt, do I need to bring the whole package i.e box, charger etc as well? I never have any warranty experience tongue.gif

Nope. Actually you don't have to bring anything as the phone is already being registered via E-Warranty. But, I recommend you to bring them just in case!! Last time, when I got my Note 2 for warranty due to faulty motherboard, it tooks 2 days to complete! Get to Federal Highway SC! Efficient and great service! But make sure after 2 or 3 days, you make a call to them by urself instead of waiting for their calls.

Whoa, not even the receipt? That would save me lots of trouble! Yeah I did register e-warranty via FallenOut here.
Thanks again thumbup.gif

Nope. Not even receipt is needed since you've already registered via E-warranty  tongue.gif

Anyways! Hopefully you get your phone fix asap!

There is one in Jalan Lagenda 4, Lagenda Heights. Just opened. Went there early this month.

Oh damn it. I just went over to Sunway Carnival SC because the one in SP (previous post) is just an authorized repair shop.. if only I have read this sooner cry.gif
