Hmm..in terms of its NAV it's one month performance is -0.93%.
Or we're not supposed to compare the NAV?

Pink, referring to your portfolio update as above I would like to ask you how long have you been invested with AmDynamic Bond?

Yes and no

Just that I prefer to refer to index rather than NAV of the fund. Reason? See Post #1 tongue.gif

TakoC, I slowly built it up from Oct 2011. Biggest lump was in July 2012. IRR dropped a lot, now only 3.6%++ I think

Shouldn't your ROI be much higher?

FSM reported a 'estimate return' of 10%+ in 2011 and 6%+ in 2012, total of 16%. Despite the lump in July ROI should be higher than 6%? hmm.gif

AMDYNAMIC cannot cushion my loss sometimes. So went to look look see see.

The 'OTHER PERFORMANCE DATA' column (http://www.fundsupermart.com.my/main/fundinfo/viewFund.svdo?sedolnumber=MYAMDNMB), 2011 - 10.12%. 2010 - 9.08%. Each year is cumulative or 1 year by itself?

I know you look at 'FUND PERFORMANCE (BID-TO-BID ANNUALIZED RETURNS)' column.

Those figures (10.12%, 9.08% etc) are 1-Jan or that year to 31-Dec of that year), 1-year return.

Instead of cushioning against equity losses, now it's equity funds (esp global ones) cushioning bond fund losses.

U invested so long ago! It's like me telling people 'Wah. Ponzi Quantum superb lar.''

U dumped Carlsberg at a loss right if I remember correctly. How many % loss (ROI).

Close to 10% loss (disregarding dividend, but it's too small % to be relevant anyway)

It's trading at 24 times estimated 2013 full year earnings, current year estimated divvy yield 3.7%. Not worth keeping anymore IMHO

Ironically, I made more money from lesser-known mid-cap stocks than large cap big names

Except for Nestle, all my large caps in red (IGBREIT, JT International) doh.gif
