Actually, that's not true. Equilibrium is achieved very fast when night falls, in terms of the movement of air particles in thermodynamics. And another interesting fact is that for units that are very far apart in terms of the height from ground level (example: a unit on level 5 that is not facing the sun and a unit on level 28 that is facing the sun), the unit on level 5 might turn out to be warmer than the unit on level 28. But human psychology is such that knowing the unit on level 28 is facing the sun, it thus must be warmer than the unit on level 5. The heat is greatly reflected off the surface of earth. This explains why places that are high up the hills are cooler than the ones that is close to ground 0.

Pretty much like going down at hill at 100km/h versus going uphill at 110km/h. Somehow, the mind process it as such that downhill will be faster than uphill.

i think it is important during the construction period. normally 5yrs means 5+3 and most of the banker also recommend to buy the lowest which is 5+3 at 100k. but i've requested 10+3 at 200k; around RM2500.

Hi Guys,
just went to the their sales office, and here are the latest available units. currently booked percentage is about 73% for these 3 blocks (A1, A2 & B1); if includes the B2 then it will be around 81%.

what is your opinion about the sales for this project till now (since 9/28)?

can anybody confirm the bumi price is actually bumi discount price or it is a bumi lot that can't be transferred to non-bumi?
