Will facing the KL / highways be noisy ?

Thanks smile.gif

Hi vinzen, for own stay I would go for units that are facing southeast, so that you won't get the afternoon sun. In my opinion, those units in Tower A1 & A2 that are facing inside (gym/pool) are not bad, just my 2 cents...

Thanks! I have forgotten about the sun issue. Will go to the Sales Office this and see what's left over.. hopefully there are still some units.

Even if own stay, if you are a working adult, and parents are not staying together, it's ok to get units that are getting afternoon sun, it is ok I feel. Since you'll most probably get back home around 7pm or so, sun would be long gone, except for the weekends. The place I am staying gets direct afternoon sun but I'm ok with it since I'm away from 8am to 8pm. Weekends is spent either going back to hometown or day out with fiance.

But if I have children, I would most probably opt for a shaded one instead.
