Btw my wife mbb loan was approved dy. -2.4 now trying rhb and see can get -2.45 or not.

Sa told me the ceiling is about 10 feet. If really 10 feet then I think it is quite good dy as my landed also just 10 feet.

Half half. My landed unit is at melaka for my retirement; single Terrance 24x85 just rm150k. Cheap dao lousai

I'm not planning to retire here. Going to some remote area, most probably neighbouring country where life is slow and everything is a step behind. Open a small cafe or a backpackers motel.

Do update us. I certainly hope that RHB are willing to give -2.45% but gut feel tells me that this is just a gimmick, shouting that they can give -2.45%, but when approve, it's just -2.4%. Some customers who are lazy to apply for other loans, will then just settle for this.

Just my gut feel.

Intel Your MBB -2.4 is attached with MRTA ? For RHB they told me if the loan amount over 350K only will get -2.45

Well, it's normal that the showroom that they construct is of the highest quality and with better specs, ceiling height is always one of them. After all, ceiling height is never ever mentioned in the SPA details. If I'm not mistaken, the tiles that they used for the showroom is homogeneous tiles, while the actual product will only be ceramic tiles. If I were to point out all this and make a big fuss, I'll be making a big ass out of myself. It's just a cheap condo after all, not some exclusive enclave within a gated and guarded residence. Just purchase, make some profit and be happy with it. LOL

excluded MRTA. i just compared for -2.4 and -2.45 rate, it seems can save RM10 per month with extra -0.05 so will consider RHB if really can get - 2.45 as i will take 5yrs MRTA even if i've decided to go with MBB.

Agree, the xtra money we pay for tis 900 feet condo is mainly for new township. Hope the typical mah sing pricing strategy can benefit the early buyer. After block c and d, service apartment may generate more paper gain. Of course, it also make the competition even worse if one intend to flip upon vp

B4 dis bumi lot discount is 7% from actual price...like me RM304,500 which is RM342,500 - RM38,000(parking,w/h,a/c)

so now 7% from RM342,500...can save another 3K!!!

i was quoted for the MRTA 10+3 yrs for 200K sum insured about RM2500. what is your thoughts? or should I take 300K sum insured with 5+3 yrs?
