should be. as they refer to the SNP date usually, instead of the date you put down the booking fee.

Although prospective buyers sign off them form agreeing to the RM300 penalty, they can still bring it to court and fight on it as it is against the law for developers to collect any sort of downpayment/deposit prior to signing S&P. Thus, the law will certainly over rule the pre-purchase contract.

I'm going to do this if anything goes wrong and they try to forfeit RM300 from me.

Another way is to stop payment cheq. Pay RM10 charges oni

2 months ago there's a project that i pull out after booking a unit. NO S&P signed yet. Just RM1k booking. they forfeit my booking fee. can I call them back now and insist to take back or else court case?

If sign in Dec doubt will be affected as budget will only take effect in 2014 isn't it?
