yeah don't get me wrong. what i'm trying to say is even this lousy apartment with basic facilities can fetch 1k rent, i think Savanna shouldn't be a problem to cover your instalment.

If u pay 3k cash/ cheque, can book de. then on the 28 sept, hv to register again from 7-10am for those who pay 3k deposit from 21-26 sept. balloting start 1015am till late evening

If this executive suites stand alone in bangi, it might be difficult to sustain. But with the township concept, definately will hv a big potential to grow

- i have try going to kl from this location is much more nearer from puchong to kl (of course i am using nkve and the toll cost is almost the same u going to kl by puchong)
- i want a place little further from kl .. peaceful place for weekend with family

and the last thing is you need to ask your self .. if you bought this house for 303k-318k , will you able to sell off this property for at least RM400k-450k in next 4-5 years....

Hmm? No offense on this country gardens , just feel surprising @@ just know that mahsing going to pump 7-10 million on landscape work in the township and also might bring in an international school(primary-high school) in future . Already reserved some land for this proposal now , see how's going wink.gif

To be honest, Southville City is abit isolated from Bandar Baru Bangi as it is located in Bangi Lama. I really can't tell how the access gonna be because Bandar Baru Bangi and Southville City are separated by North-South Highway (Southville on the left side while Bandar Baru Bangi on the right side of the highway) apart from kena pay for toll from Southville Interchange (shown in the brochure) to Bangi exit. But it takes u around 5mins only from the interchange to Bangi toll.

Evo Soho are located right in the heart of Bandar Baru Bangi CBD, Section 9 (most banks are located here). Location wise Evo has big advantage, but Soho in Bangi, I'm not quite sure as it is the first one in Bangi. RM500++ kinda crazy for now, but who knows what will happened in future.

i went to the show gallery yesterday and one of the SA told me they gonna open both block A & B for sale this saturday. Now u said only Block B. Which one is correct? Maybe the SA tipu me edi? hmm.gif

from what i heard it should be B1 and B2 follow by A1 and A2
