9++ ft2 freehold by MS from rm280k only. ada club house somemore. and kajang plus highway a lot connectivity. i think vroom vroom able if got extra bullet

Btw, it all boils down the package. If it is 750k with 10% rebate, DIBS, free 2 years maintenance + club house subscription, I will queue there overnight
