yea... for those who manage to buy OUG parklane the very 1st launch or 1st batch is worth every penny.. once i visited them and with the road accessibility, it already turn me off...

Bro, that would be very far and inconvenience if Puchong folks need to travel all the way from Puchong, via Bkt Jalil Kinrara highway, to PPR Kg Muhibbah and use the small road and bridge to link to Parklane OUG.

The dev who is going to upgrade the road linked from Bkt Jalil Highway to nearby PPR Kg. Muhibbah is ZR's developer ( not KR1 and KR2 ) but the 7mil linked road has no news now although it was confirmed by dev.
