kajang condo don't have a township that is this scale, it's the township we are talking about here. No dispute on better location in Kajang at the moment, at least kajang has MRT, bangi has nothing.

This is quite norm for a developer to use a subsidiary for each project due to taxation, procuring and partnership matters. Developer wont risk their mother company if anything goes wrong to the project.

For example, sp setia. For setia alam, they will use bandar setia alam sdn bhd, for eco park, they will use bandar eco setia sdn bhd. And so on and on.

I find it surprise when u are surprise on this. What a surprise to be surprise.

limited manpower kuah, MS got so many new launches recently. I think this year sales quota already fullfill for Bursa compliance, so maybe can cool down a bit the heat.
