It's about context.....if you called anyone "dude" in writing, the immediate assumption is "guy".

If you were having a conversation with a/some females, and you called her/them "dude", it would be taken lightheartedly to mean you are making a joke of sorts, and nobody is going to blame you for using the word "dude".

Like i've said in my earlier reply. What i'm trying to articulate is not everyone does not use Instagram, there are still people do use Instagram. I did acquiesce on what you've said; no doubt, not everyone use Instagram.

I think you are misinterperating my sentence I would strongly recommend you to translate my sentence into the your mother tongue or a language that you're fluent in. Else, here is my explanation; you said "Not everyone use Instagram" in other words, there are people who don't use Instagram. I replied "Not everyone doesn't use Instagram too." alternatively, there are people keen to be or still wants to be an Instagram user on the other hand those who choose not to become one, by no means anyone can interfere.
