Woo hoo v26..long live note 2 as im in it for the long haul..haha..

In any case i think i have gone over my obsession with preserving my batt life now..i think everyone has come to consensus that note 2 is king of battery life..no further prove on my side would help its reputation..

In any case..all this talk bout aosp rom make me vant to live in the bleeding edge tooo..mind sharing whats the thing im gonna missed departing from tw?apart from the battery?really tempted reading all the comments from the non-tw-infidels =p
*
U gonna miss airview and spen features. But u still able to get mods for the spen usage.

need suggested any good kernels for CM 10.1?
*
Lol. u got so much love for them??
For aosp roms at the moment I think devil kernel is the best.
Others im not so sure. Normally stock aosp's kernel is not bad either.

Woah. Today I dropped my note 2 on a sandy rocky grounds. Didnt know how the phone slipped from my hand and it fell to the ground at the back first then flipped a few times. Had some scratches on the screen but protected with SP. And thx to the uag case no major cracks or scratches happened.

This is probably me but I think my uag case easily slips from my hand. Sometimes at night while lying on the bed and at the same time reading from my note 2 the phone can slip from my hand and drop smack on my face. Adoi..

I concur..and if recalled correctly some of our forumers here also had the same issue with UAG..being slippery thus favoring other brands..myself had same experience with you..dropped quite a few time since had this case instead of none during other case or naked (not me mind you..the phone.. whistling.gif )..

although it is a cursed and blessing case for me..sure it dropped..but at the same time it protects..so no harm has been done neither to it nor the case..overall it just looks too good for me to pass..few of my friends did make a headturn when I flipped out this badboy from my pocket..

Lol. Have to agree. This case is such an eye catch. Not only amongst friends. It makes surrounding people wonder too. biggrin.gif

After having done a CWM backup, Just thinking out loud, if I can locate the backup file/image on my phone/sd card and copy them over to my pc for a duplication copy? and should anything bad happen, I can flash them from my pc?
*
Its up to u. But mostly will recommend u save a copy of your backup to ur pc. Some do it using cloud storage.

its the restore all apps and data one right? not the restore missing apps and data?
*
Normally I choose all apps and data. Later choose which one to restore. We are talking about batch restore right? Never restore system.

It may cause instability that will result to FC. Not all but some but I wont take my chances. Dont want to go through the hassle of flashing again or nandroid restore.

All-in-One Agenda
Important things – all in one place

All-in-One Agenda is a widget showing events of your digital life be it calendar appointments, Facebook events, birthdays or weather forecast, and allows you to manage them with easy.
Have you ever missed an important event, no matter how carefully you scheduled everything in your calendars?
We've all been there!
While keeping track on tight business schedule, it's easy to forget about a present for that special someone, or miss a scheduled call – simply because your appointment is not visible to you at all times.
With All-in-One Agenda all your important events – business and personal – are shown together on a single comprehensive screen. And since it is a widget, you can place it on your desktop. Now there won't be any last minute surprises!

Could this beat the S-planner widget? hmm.gif

Looks neat and organized. Seems practical. Till now I dont use much of s planner. It would be nice if the s planner's handwriting mode can be set as default.

I might be slowpoke but I saw a few hp shops selling very cheap note 2 clone.

It does look the same from the front and it's called "Andraid Note II". .laugh.gif

Selling for rm499 or rm599. For that price I dont think the specs are even close to our note 2.

I can't do police report yet, right ?  I mean , they will most probably ask me to wait ? called the bank and they said d company is registered under SSM
*
Sorry for your loss. Not to be mean but I dont think the cops can do much in this case. Hard to track a person with everything about him/her is fake.

I do hope you get back your money though. Hard lesson learned I supposed.

yup...when I try to google...I can find some other users having same issue but I don't think anyone really nailed the problem...
*
I agree with noobi. Best if factory reset. Restoring apps only takes a moment. By doing that myb u can detect which app is causing the issue.

Although not as good as our note 2 but im kinda jealous of the screen size. Seriously I dont mind at all having bigger size phone now whether it is 6" or 7". I just want them big.tongue.gif no way im going for anything smaller that note 2.
