Yup. Like OKR nowaday those new development already RM500K above. If market still going up like this i think Balakong area will same with OKR. Refer this for case study http://www.iproperty.com.my/propertylistin...ominium_ForRentlast time launching around rm380k for a 1300ft2 condo. Now subsale asking for rm700k or rm3k for rental. Factor pushing the price is so called "near to under construction LRT extension line" u will never know how this area perform after 3 years or after 2017 once MRT line complete. Dont forget whole balakong and BTHO area are flooded with new launch of highrise. Their price aint cheap also. |
