Thats why im aiming the soho or studio for flipping. Smaller less maintenance 

the terrace depends on which side, around BTHO aint cheap, but tmn cheras jaya there quite hard to appreciate. Yeah agree, security is important nowaday. Me too, i will take a look also, no harm to register with them first

delicious...if those two stations are park and ride, confirm super convenient! Everyday go out just pick a right station or left station
