For those who looking for early and pre registration for new launch project not so near to MRT Station but fronting main road, here is one

SMS received from Cheras Hong Soon Development Sdn Bhd

A brand new luxury FREEHOLD service apartment named Silk Sky is coming up at Balakong Silk Highway where as beside Toyota & Mercedes Showroom [500m to Jusco Selatan] Morden Design with full facilities ie: infinity pool, Roof top garden & Sky lounge which is going to sell at a very affordable price. Please register now in order to grab the early Bird discount for limited period and units only. Marketing Team of CHS Development.

I heard got SOHO (488ft2), Studio (732ft2) and Service Apartment (1020ft2)

Layout not approved yet but available for viewing at their marketing office in BTHO (near Natur Apartment)

price range from Rm4++ psft (below rm500 psft). CHS always offers good entry package (normally no DIBS)

Got free car parks.

I have yet visit the marketing team,

bro peri, if 400-450psf is worth taking a look. Make sure the security part as one of the top priority. There is a reason why the terrace around here don't appreciate much.

the terrace depends on which side, around BTHO aint cheap, but tmn cheras jaya there quite hard to appreciate. Yeah agree, security is important nowaday. Me too, i will take a look also, no harm to register with them first

It's a service apartment again....means the maintenance fees should be quite high, then....for investment....i am kind of worried..

delicious...if those two stations are park and ride, confirm super convenient! Everyday go out just pick a right station or left station rclxms.gif

i am a newbie for prop investment...just wonder do you mean buy and sell for flipping? then, your game is for capital appreciation?

my game is mainly for rental yield...so headache to look for a prop that can give me a positive cashflow from rental....T.T cry.gif
