Because of occupied unit

Why silk residence so lausy the commercial downstairs all caplap? and also the HAP SENG SAND BIJ also will be build beside what. why still cannot sell well?

Not just occupied but is owner occupied unit.
Lady owner and the front grill is painted in pink colour.
So high chance is the owner staying inside.

3 bidders just now.
Sold at 343k. Still cheaper than last month price.
Good catch and good luck chasing the owner out.

View from the unit (can see One Amerin at opposite). So can roughly tell this unit is facing which direction.

Thx for the picture. As the unit has a side wall and sun light is there. Wondering if afternoon sun has an effect on this wall. One may test by touching the side wall in the evening.
