Urm, I am on Digi Best 2016, I have $70++ in my account and my validity is until May 2017. Tried to buy SLL for $68, Don't have so I call CS. They told me SLL is no longer available for the new Best. The only SLL available is the one day for $1 only. Does all Prepaid Best 2016 have the same problem as me?

Thanks for the confirmation Mr.7 ツ I brought a friend to buy a Digi Best card a couple of months back, and also bought RM70 worth of top-up vouchers for SLL.I thought of sitting out the 1-month plus RM70 of validity... over 3 months' worth! ... but later decided against it. Glad I decided not to wait. |

Haih i just port in digi prepaid i tot is cheaper... And i new to prepaid .. i used to postpaid... I think prepaid is not cheap as well...
In order to stay active I have to pay RM1 per day... As reload RM30 for valid 30day.. Example. If i sign up the add on for RM 4 a week... After 30 days i ionly used up RM16 ... I still have balance RM 14 ... To continue i have reload RM30 in order my line to active? So at the end i pay RM360 in a year minus the add on plan 52 weeks x RM4 (RM208) i still have balance RM152. In others words is RM30 per months I have to pay? Even I purchase super long life is RM 108 plus the add on... Is about RM26.33 per month. Just wondering what do to with the credit balance if it accumulate too much? They should let u stay active once u subscribed their add on plan since it is auto renew right? |

Another option is reload RM100 (with Pin code), validity 120 days. average RM25 per month / RM300 per year. So at the end i pay RM360 in a year minus the add on plan 52 weeks x RM4 (RM208) i still have balance RM152. In others words is RM30 per months I have to pay? RM14 balance can use for SLL RM1 1 day (2 day actually). so you can extend up to 28 days for the remaining balance. In order to stay active I have to pay RM1 per day... Guys want to know. I am thinking about changing to digi. When I asked at the digi facebook chat. This is their respond:
"Sorry to inform you that we do have the guideline only and yet update the 365 days info in our web page. Once you switch to the Digi Best prepaid, you may proceed to subscribe for Super Long Life Service which enables your line to be extended to 365 days of validity. For this particular service will cost you RM108 for the subscription and you may subscribe this by dialling *128*1*7*3#. Please be informed that after subscription, you must have at least RM0.01 in your balance (before subscribe, your credit must have approximately RM108.01 because insufficient credit will result the service does not appear when you dial the mentioned code). Thanks" So now it is RM108 ? This post has been edited by tumira: Apr 28 2017, 04:22 PM |
