They removed for the latest prepaid best for giving user unlimited facebook (god knows what is the FUP)...

so there aren't any super long life for new prepaid number purchase anymore?

DG didn't show the one year option on their website for long time, only the 1 and 30 day options even though 365 was available for Best 2016 plan. Now only the 1 day is listed.

From what I've read from the Digi Community discussions, the removal happened only 3 or 4 days back. You can go check out those discussions tagged "Prepaid" and/or "Super Long Life".

Care to share which version yours is?

FUP - Fair Usage Policy, same term they've been using for the Free Basic Internet and stuff.

I believe "old" existing rm38 or rm68 plans might still be able to subscribe that SLL BUT those plans are WITHOUT Unlimited FB , however new Best Prepaid Plan that have the Unlimited FB Data might not have 365 SLL anymore

then if i ad subscribed unlimited fb, can i unsubscribed to get SLL 365?
As I have called digi CS and they just insist that there is no more SLL 365, did not mention you have to unsubs the unlimited FB to have it...

I remembered I managed to sub SLL365 a few days back but my ac have credit of over rm50, the amt deducted was rm38 [ the previous V1 Best Prepaid ]

The 365 validity will not appear if u dont have enough sufficient credit in ur account. U need at least RM69 credit in Digi New best V2 to make it appear.

No unlimited fb for old best prepaid..

If yes, then u might gt hope.

Digi has updated this table for the latest SLL status - Super Long Life.

DG is not tell the truth, this afternoon I help my uncle subscribe 365 SLL for rm38. His ac have > rm100 b4 the transaction & after the successful subscription, rm38 was deducted. DG Best

Don't quite understand what's the "truth" is about.

RM38 would be SLL for the older plans, and SLL365 is still available for those. Did I miss something?
