typing from the keyboard suddenly slow down so much ad become non responsive! what is wrong? im on stock everything typing chinese word , anyone facing the same thing?

Anybody know how to solve the Error 497 when downloading any apps or updating in Google Play Store? Everything works fine yesterday but when I tried to update my Intsragram this morning, it gave me this error.
I tried to force stop and clear data from Google Play Store but it doesn't work. |

Guys, I tried many attempt to update from PA 4.2.2 to 4.3, before I restore my backup from titanium backup when I flashed the 4.3, everything is functional, after I restore my backup from titanium backup, the home button won't work, no pie mode, some hiccups, and some problems, is it the rom problem or the backup problem?
