Hey guys, any recommendation for the best battery life + performance kernel I can flash? Currently on Carbon Rom v1.8.

i got 15h2m51s on battery with 4hrs SOT, battery left 20%..
full day at home under wifi, sync on, and usage of fifa14, wechat, whatsapp and facebook..

best battery life i came across so far..

for outside use like using mobile data?

stock rom with semaphore kernel - tweak undervoltage 25000uV, interactive governor, dynamic hotplug with 1 min core, gave me SOT 3.5hrs. this is with data disabled and wifi only.

plenty more options in semaphore manager not checked.

normal usage i got about 3.5 hours SOT with 3G, sync on, facebook, whatsapp, wechat, less fifa14, reading comic and music on..

I wonder the hell kernel can flash into my Carbon 1.8 or not.
Which hell kernel is build for 4.2.2 one?

When sms arrive and I wanna view it. The sms ringtone still playing until the end..
Is there no way to stop it upon lock screen activation??

how long is ur sms ringtone? to me personally, i use just a short one.. so it wont "annoys" me when it ringing too long..

as far i know, once sms reach, i just press volume rocker down, and the sound will stop.. no need till activate screen lock..
and the other way is once u screen lock to menu and the ringing will stop d.. (correct me if im wrong)..

there are few bumpers to be choose for. Original bumper are good but quite expensive. Poetic is another choice of bumper which gives you variety of colours. If you go to hotspot shop at lowyat, they are having clearance sells on poetic bumper. RM5 per bumper. why not getting a case?
