but i'm using custom rom, it shouldn't be checking latest updates from Google.

nexus 7 & 4 only cheap at those google play enable country.. outside the 5 country it aint cheap.. of course nobody sell at cost. manufacturing cost did not put into account R&D and stuff. u should also count the middleman, the transportation cost, tax, distributor and agent all want money.

nexus 7 are completely overprice here, galaxy nexus are sold for the same price as xperia s, the nexus 4 are a little bit cheaper here in malaysia compared to lots of country and even lot more country never ever get the nexus 4. but still the biggest bang for the buck goes to Sony (atleast here.) the ZL/Z/Zr are marginally more expensive but the spek is far better. for 200 more can get better screen, better camera, sdcard,bigger battery and waterproof..

so even though i love nexus device, but i never own one simply because it ain't the biggest bang on the buck..

Things that visible to user:

- Bluetooth Smart Ready
- OpenGL ES 3.0
- Dial pad - Autocomplete
- New camera UI

Things not so visible to user:
- Faster UI with merge and re-organize (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vQZFaec9NpA)
- Restricted profile (Not just for tablet, you can access some of its feature: http://googlesystem.blogspot.com/2013/08/a...ermission.html)

Due to some of its internal improvement, I managed to get Antutu score to 24k at default clock speed. No overclock. Beat my previous 1.7ghz overclock score which as at 23k.

can nexus 4 be charged using other brand charger? Like for example using galaxy note 8 charger.

Anyone knows how to get front screen replaced in KL ?

I checked OP's sticky posts and found that LG Service Centre @ Location: Level 1, Kelana Brem Tower 2, Jalan Stadium, SS7/15 can do the replacement for MYR 350 but

1. Official LG line for MY does not have price and does not know about stock availability
2. I was given a phone number to the LG's repair shop at above mentioned address but nobody picked up in 3 hours.

I was in Lowyat on Sunday and visited 10+ shops regarding fixing my front screen. Prices varied from 350 (one shop only) to 750 (average being 500). But in the end each one said they don't have stock. Finally, I was able to leave my phone at a shop which they promised to do it for 350 by today but they said they didnt get stock and have no idea when they will be able to get it.

Id much appreciate if anyone would be able to help.

I just get my google nexus 4 today , i fill the google account as requested, and it automatically install app from my previous galaxy phone, then after a while, a android 4.3 notification update suddenly came out...what should i do? should i uninstall all the apps...cause i heard to update 4.3 need clean reset
