Just found a bug with my PA 3.99 and Franco kernel r182.Can't apply live wallpapers because it will cause grafic glitch.

Hello guy...may I know how to received warranty from LG Malaysia because I bought my nexus 4 from reseller. I have the warranty card in the box.
