No, we do not use tear stain remover until now, but if we were to try any, will let you all know how it goes.

Whitening shampoo especially commercial ones are not recommended, firstly it will damage the hair, secondly it will not cure the tear stain, 3rdly it might even cause damage to eyes if not used properly.

Well if we are not talking about tear stain, then it is firstly born to be, some maltese born to be very white while some not so.

Environment must be kept clean, we mop our floor everyday & groom our maltese daily.

While for tear stain problem, think i've explained how we maintain, any further questions welcome.

a very nice puppy. White palace is a good breeder; i would rekon to anyone and they'(he n his wife) treat all the dogs that they breed as their own children. (training session before getting married.. )

maltese is cute but yet they're expensive. pet shop selling around 2k+. i was informed by a petshop worker, they purchase ard 1.2k for a maltese from a commercialized breeder. so it's up to u. good ones cost more.. anyway, if u dont mind u could also get a shitszu. i would not rekon a JRT unless if u r willing to spend alot of time with him. at the same time, u have to also consider a 'quiet' and good watch dog since u r staying in a condo. as u know our m;sian law doesnt permit dogs....

I think u could consider buying shih tzu. Cos compared with maltese, it is not so active. But u must maintain properly la, cos shih tzu's coat require quite some maintainance.

i oso feel tat maltese is cute..it is in my opinion tat maltese is easier to takecare lo..smaller size..compare with shih tzu,maltese hardly ll get smelly..n the fur oso easier to maintain..they eat fewer than shih tzu,since they jz below 3 kg..sumore 'shit' oso fewer..hehe...
however,the only thg is tat maltese's tear stain..but u can refer to white palace,he gt a lot of experience bout maltese..apply cornstrach realy can help...my melody's tear stain prob realy improve a lot...she is on heat now..plan to mate her with a boy soon..hehe...

Yes, we've did lots of research & end up love maltese most, 1stly their hair wont drop much, juz like human hairs, 2ndly they are not those hyper dogs, can be trained easily, they are smart, thirdly isnt they looks great?

While for Shih Tzu, they are very nice as well, both maltese & shih tzu would have tear stain problems but it can be controlled or even solved, but potential buyers of shih tzu need to be aware of the nature of their eyes which appeared bulgy makes their eye more exposed & more sensitive, extra care needed especially when comes to old age.
