Yeah leakage, the repair man said the condition even if weld back won't last long so change new one lor .

It sounds like army truck, right? Like Quazacolt says, your wheel bearing is near end of life.

I do not have info for Iswara bcos not done yet (I did for previous car long time ago, so prices not accurate). Any way I can only make some guesses : each wheel have 2 bearings, normally changed both sides, so total 4 bearings. Each bearing may be around RM30 - 50. Add in labour maybe total damage RM300 ???

what albert mentioned. try to find NTN or koyo wheel bearings will do. the labor will be the most expensive part since you need machine pressing for front bearings. rear bearings not too crucial/no need so it's cheaper in the rear

Possible causes:
1) Worn-out piston rings causing excessive blow-by that exceed what PCV system can cope
2) PCV valve fault/jammed
3) Leaks at vacuum hoses or gasket that affect the vacuum function of PCV valve

Did you see oil stains at the hole at bottom of air filter housing where a hose connects to the valve/camshaft cover?

Try draining out all your gear oil,  put in Lubegard manual and then top up appropriately with Chemlube/red line full synthetic gear oil of the correct api specifications /viscosity ,  see if that solves the problem

I'm on Lubegard manual and red line MTL for my inspira F5MBB transmission now (just replaced yesterday,  and yes mileage only 1.7k because the shifting was pretty horrible on the lower gears

I second that. Change the gear oil and see how it goes. If unsure and minimize cost, just go change standard gear oil at Shell, cheap only less than RM50 if I remember correctly.

Didn't have the chance to send it to get looked at yet, leaving it alone for now since not a major issue just inconvenient at night...but since I'm so used to my engine noise I basically know what speed and RPM I'm at on all the gears lol 
I just had my radiator serviced, you should consider getting yours serviced too, they will dismantle it, heat up the soldered corners and remove the side panels and manually clean the water pathways with water running through, definitely a lot of build up and deposits throughout the years....after that they will flush the radiator, and then flush the water from engine block, and then you refill with RO water lor...coolant up to you but for me I'm just using water. Never had any problems with heat so far. 
Can't start how?, no cranking sound at all ka?

If temperature rise in traffic jam but become normal when cruising, fan is prime suspect.
