Novum facade also not much better than southview lah....even though southview can easily claimed the best high end mid cost apartments award with no close competitors.
Arte (ahem) shah alam only nice at 1st look only....underneath the (cheap) grill work is still an ordinary condo...with cheap paint work.... i dun expect arte mk to look much better also.... |
