Btw rtm n new mosque..
There are two plots of land b4 south view.
One of them belongs to ynh. Must be the other one...
But big enuf for mall meh?

Yrl has a piece of sizable land for landed there too..it was called the peak...but now name probably has changed.

I agree that tis southview wont be an iconic building, in fact far from iconic ..but the rest of nearby new buildings like getaway and novum also same same lah...i dun view any of them as exciting facades...

Novum facade also not much better than southview lah....even though southview can easily claimed the best high end mid cost apartments award with no close competitors.

Arte (ahem) shah alam only nice at 1st look only....underneath the (cheap) grill work is still an ordinary condo...with cheap paint work.... i dun expect arte mk to look much better also....

ecocity more expensive bcos its more complete project...with mid valley and kl sentral close by.
