70% booked does not mean 70% sold. After adjusting for sales cancellation, loan rejections,"internal bookings", bumi reserve lots and some marketing gimmicks, actual sales may be around 50% only.

I do not really trust the sales chart. Those amber, yellow, green stickers are not reliable indication of actual sales and availability of units.

Heard some friends said that lot of ppl cancel booking before the launching. they booked since year 2014 and dragged until now only launching and caused some of them impatient to wait.the developer also very smart, using agents database and effort to get sales , at the end agents wasted their client sources when their clients cancelled.haha

Why dragged so long only launch? Same developer for the Weaves at Cheras. Till now also havent got apdl, same issue, booking since 2013 then alot of buyer now cancel.. can this developer really complete those projects? This developer is from Kedah if not mistaken.

Thats the risk u gotta take buying new projects. Yes, they are from Kedah and this is a JV project with Asthetik(Chin Hin Group). Hopefully they can deliver since its their first project here. biggrin.gif

Looks quite proper, but it's really on the high side. If they can get to 60% at this stage of sales and with current sentiments, can consider reasonable achievement.
