After southview Residence, then we have Novom by EUPE, then after that is YNH's turn?

So we have Southview as mid-range condo, Novum as high end, then YNH as luxury ? If like that then, all 3 projects will cater for 3 different type of investors/ home owners.

Novum facade will be a welcoming change to UOA conservative condo design at Bangsar South apart from KL gateway.

Even YNH's design is also not very exciting.

The only drawback seems to be really close proximity to the loud speakers right next to novum, if priced below 1k psf?

does anybody knows the land usage between the mosque and the pedestrian link bridge? If there is another commercial building to be built there, it should at least block the direct view of mosque (no offense to our muslim friends. Feng Shui wise, it is no good to face any place of worship be it mosque, temple or church)

Nothing's on wikimapia yet. Nevertheless, I'd rather have a full city view of the surrounding area with a place of worship then be blocked by another condo!
