does anybody knows the land usage between the mosque and the pedestrian link bridge? If there is another commercial building to be built there, it should at least block the direct view of mosque (no offense to our muslim friends. Feng Shui wise, it is no good to face any place of worship be it mosque, temple or church)

If not mistaken, that piece of land is belong to IGB.and I don't think the mosque has any affect to the selling price for Novum. There's numerous of properties in klang valley still appreciated even though it's near to mosque or cemetery.

Interested to see whether the psf of Novum will surpass KL gateway and Bangsar south View.

The plot of land between University LRT and Angkasapuri will be fully utilized. Any new development at Bangsar south will be soon be channeled to deeper Bukit Kerinchi aka Pantai Sentral Park or adjacent Pantai Dalam.

The Novum still can buy. As you know there's limited land to developer in BS. Probably they will develope until inside the pantai sentral park in the future,800psf still reasonable.

There are other avenues to register too, I believe.

No offence meant, but are you with developer? Another party approached with similar offer

thanks for the reply. Just that these days there are many who take advantage of opportunities and profit out of public's intention to purchase by getting commission or referral fees from developers. To me, this is unconscionable unless they are registered agents or the like. Too much hanky panky going on that is not healthy for the property market. Case in point : investor clubs that underwrite bulk purchasing. They are a major cause of property bubbles. Anyway, my one and a half sen.

I am understood your point. But we are unable to control the issues as what u mentioned in previous. Btw I don't think there's any problem to share the info to public . You seems familiar about how they did those hanky panky things.... Mind to share?
