Hi, my situation is like this:

I subscribe to Astro multiroom. I tested it at current home, all channel no problem.

Then, I carry the extra unit to the other house but all HD channel cannot watch (normal SD channel all no problem).

What could be my problem?

could be the other house is still on old type silver color dish

I suspect that but i checked and the new house is black colour dish. Will the alignment be the problem?

during the system upgrade weekend, my astro suddenly recorded a few things eventhough I had not booked anything..then cannot delete those recordings..is it a bug?

same here... it recorded 2 items for me. 1 can be played, another one error. Both cannot be deleted as well.

Indeed. Mine has same problem too, though that it's easy to remove it by myself.

yesterday happened to me..watching tv suddenly realised something was recording..i then series link and booked the whole series..after that, went to the booked section and deleted thw whole series and it worked but the other two recirdings weren`t series so could not delete..sigh
