Sorry for asking stupid basic question:

I just upgraded to Byond, and need some pointer as to what is the best way to share byond decoder to two TV output ?  I use to watch old Astro SD so it left behind an RF cable which I used for connection.  Is there a cheaper way to make use of the cable again (RF cable) without costing much ?

Yes, I used to be able to... even without a stacker/destacker or two separate lines from the riser. Like I said before, the last time I successfully did it was about a month ago, but now I can't even record a HD channel and watch another SD channel at the same time. I highly suspect it's due to the big drop in signal strength.

Just wanting to see whether anyone living in a condo - i.e. not a landed property with a satellite dish - can still do it. Don't want to be forced into spending RM350+ due to someone's laziness or incompetence.

1 dish also can. Just make sure they give you those 4 cable out type.
My case is like this, when i install the 1st decoder, i request them to give me a disc with 4 cable out, so that i can install 2nd decoder without install another disc. Astro provided.
2 weeks later, the 2nd decoder come. Also come with a disc. So, i think they will give FOC no matter how.

New problem found. After getting the multi switch, i still need RF modulator to pump the signal to 2nd TV.

Yup, a device that can pump astrp signal to multiple decoder.

I have 3rd and 4th tv which link to 1st and 2nd tv separately.

I just realised that when I turn on the decoder and tv,I have problem with the decoder to receive signal from the remote because it seems that the remote just works fine because the light on remote is blink but not on the decoder but if i turn off the TV the problem isn't happened which whenever I press button on remote the light on decoder is blinking.. Can anyone what is the problem?

Some of the programme especially in 333 and 324, some information like the broadcast time in Taiwan were blurred or cutted.. Despite of occurred programme like the photo shown are from set taiwan, I asked whether these information in set international in hypptv got cutted or blurred..

Of course i do hope all HD quality. Please elaborate more. Thank you.

On the random note, finally got to see The Noose (S5) in HD (more like 4mbps). Worth 39 cent (SGD) for.

Me also face problem with remote.Red blink at remote but the decoder cannot off, on, change channel & etc.
Lucky have second decoder, from my past normal decoder astro byond.
My new decoder with pvr function install below 2 month.Can me claim warranty or need by new?.

New remote..black.Past remote..white.Me notice at decoder, green blink..that's mean remote connected.Me also face tv blink if switch on other home appliance.Example, fan.Only tv connected with astro decoder.Other tv not blink.

Possible my astro decoder have problem a.k.a defect unit?.

And how to cancel remote controlling tv?.

Astro will open all channel from 15 sept 2013 at 12am until 17 sept 2013 at 12am..
