Ah Chulk, would you consider to build a access bridge from A1&A2 to B condos? Just like there is a link-up bridge from The Gardens Mall to Mid Valley City Megamall.
I'm serious.

Build access bridge ? What about maintenance ? I am not willing to spend more money on maintenance fee. 90 second walking distance is alright....we have walkway by the roadside. Maybe just consider a roofing walkway would be good enough. I would rather walk from Block A to Block B while enjoying the green.

I work in Mid Valley, I know the hassle to cross over from The Gardens Mall to Mid Valley City Megamall. It is not about the distance that count, but in the long run, we all want to easily cross over through the access bridge, be it under hot sun or rainy days. Distance from The Gardens Mall to zmid Valley City Megamall is even shorter comparing with condo A1 A2 and b1 B2, but people here have a choice to either go by walk unsheltered under hot sun or heavy rain, or walk across using the bridge. It is just a simple bridge without elevator required, just to provide easy access to condo A owners. |

If i am not mistaken, there are townhouses in between Block A and Block B. If i am the owner of townhouse, i do not wish to have a bridge over my head lo....

No, not suggesting to build a bridge over the townhouses; just bridge can be done on either end of the townhouses.p.s: how much did u buy the townhouse? |

Better spend the money on landscaping the surrounding area. Bridges cost millions to construct. Not that simple.

In Malaysia if heavy rain, what covered walkway also will wet... Suggest drive to clubhouse better. |

Imagine that if it connected from blk A1/A2 to blk B, quite long walkway. CT might become HIGH END FLAT. This post has been edited by KualaLumpur_02: Sep 17 2013, 02:09 PM |

QUOTE(brianccg @ Sep 17 2013, 10:33 AM) Visited the sales gallery yesterday. Wow, very good points you highlighted Overall is impressive on the design and layout. Few things to note: - 1. When is block C going to launch and construct? If simultaneous as A and B, then should not be a problem but if 1 year after A/B, then it is quite hazardous especially for Block B1/B2. 2. Pick up lobby seems very plain. Cannot really see there is visitor meet up area. 3. A1/A2 is more exclusive and privacy as anyone can use the B1/B2 pool but A1/A2 pool is only for these two blocks resident. (make me itchy want to change to A1/A2 now.......) 4. Cannot see there is bump gate at the entrance of the car park. Meaning only security guard post and life lobby need to touch card? 5. Block B2 big units taken rate is very low compare to others. 6. No more dual key concept for big units? 7. Perimeter fencing is using wrought iron grill or brick wall? Is that any CCTV on these fencing as the campus is quite big. 2) seems like many are complaining the Plain pickup/drop off lobby. Yes it's indeed a plain one. Hopefully it looks plain just because it's just scale models. But some parts of the scale models quite detailed designed/built. 3) Yes worth it worth it, get lower floor of Block A, similar price than higher floor at Block B with similar heights too. 4) Yeap, bump gate needed for carpark, so Residences A&B&C cant simply access other carparks. 6) I hope they would revise the layout from dual key to None. And make the masterbedroom larger (remains 3 rooms+1). 1550sf a good size, but a big masterbedroom is needless, and rental here not doing well either. If they revise it to larger masterbedroom in 1550sf,defintely wil change my booking. 7) It's a need! just like the pathway/jogging track at WOTP... every 500meter has CCTV...... - This post has been edited by Kvsual: Sep 17 2013, 04:10 PM |
