Build access bridge ? What about maintenance ? I am not willing to spend more money on maintenance fee. 90 second walking distance is alright....we have walkway by the roadside. Maybe just consider a roofing walkway would be good enough. I would rather walk from Block A to Block B while enjoying the green.

Distance from The Gardens Mall to zmid Valley City Megamall is even shorter comparing with condo A1 A2 and b1 B2, but people here have a choice to either go by walk unsheltered under hot sun or heavy rain, or walk across using the bridge. It is just a simple bridge without elevator required, just to provide easy access to condo A owners. |

If i am not mistaken, there are townhouses in between Block A and Block B. If i am the owner of townhouse, i do not wish to have a bridge over my head lo....

And make the masterbedroom larger (remains 3 rooms+1). 1550sf a good size, but a big masterbedroom is needless, and rental here not doing well either.
