Replace Sky garden into herb garden ? What u think ? Any GBI or GreenHouse Gas Inventory evaluation for this cloud tree ?

I saw the model is only normal recreational park with some walking path. Maybe forget about the GBI and consider GHG Inventory approach. The first ever condominium that is doing it in Malaysia. Sound great huh....many oversea project is implementing it now. Calculate how much emission of the development itself and if possible, work out the offset plan on how much to reduce the GHG emission by planting more trees and green products. I think they have sufficient trees to offset the emission. Just my 2 cent suggestions....

From my info, unlike GBI, GHG cost is very minimal. Only need to appoint a consultant who can do the evaluation.

Don't worry, i am not the consultant...just saw this type of new thing from articles maybe can share with everybody over here.

We are talking about sustainable building and not how green the building is by hitting the GBI point. What is the point if you can hit the GBI Platinum grade but you project is emitting more greenhouse gas ?

In fact, i am very keen to explore more on the last block and according to S.A, they call it Block C. Any ideas ?

My friend told me that most of contractor having problem sourcing Hardcore material...i dunno what is that...anyway, some sub-base material supply issue. anyone pls correct me if i am wrong.

I heard a lot of internal news from my friend who is the engineer for the project. Can't really assured you that how solid is the info, that is why not so convenient to share it over here to avoid any speculation. Will update over here if i really got solid one that is convincing.

Just got call from Bank that loan cannot be processed because no info received yet for this development. aiya..aiya...what is going on ? Did i missed anything ?

Build access bridge ? What about maintenance ? I am not willing to spend more money on maintenance fee. 90 second walking distance is alright....we have walkway by the roadside. Maybe just consider a roofing walkway would be good enough. I would rather walk from Block A to Block B while enjoying the green.
