As I know most developer will not sell those drop unit at initial selling price, instead will sell at higher price.

to buy 600K landed subsales: -

1. 10% downpayment of bank value plus diff btw selling price and bank value
2. 25K for both SPA and loan agreement (include stamp duty)
3. at least 50K for simple touch up and renovation (rest assure you will not see where your money spent)

so, are you prepare for it?

If this developer is really tht bad... do you think I will buy their project again? Definitely no.

Seriously, I am not aware on this and yes, I did complaint before on the same issue when I moved in. And you can said I am die hard fans of them and thanks for bringing this up. BTW, I had sold 1 Sentul last year and no longer join their FB page but do visit my friends and relatives regularly who still stay there

To live in condo, you have to prepare for this as you cannot assure this will not happened, even YTL Saffron also hv similar problems.

The most important thing is how soon and how efficient the developer/contractor take action to rectify the problem rather than sit and wait.

Complaint is necessary since we pay the maintenance fees.
