spoke to a banker on loan application, confirmed no DIBS. But they (developer) will come out with a scheme where you pay the interest first, then developer will credit you back on monthly/quaterly or half yearly basis.

that depends on CT decision.

Hopefully some other options like direct cash rebate for selection.
I prefer lower loan amount n so lower monthly commitment

Yea I will go for rebates. Lower commitment.
Interest only 3-4percents of the selling price though.

yes as we all know, from now on confirm that no DIBS from any bank, we have to work out the alternative way to cover it up.

hard to explain to you, mainly due to we dont have any single space to built any temp building.
you look at the site the land and imagine the construction works, you will know what i mean.

we even look into option that built it somewhere nearby but is not working and not practical.

very good n solid reason, hope all CT buyers will understand the difficulty to built the showroom and still will purchase CT eventhough without a chance to view show unit...
