But why cant rent a space like Exsim or Huayang where their sales unit in Kuchai entrepeneurs, Oldklangroad28, Cornershoplot Serdang to have their Showunit?
Or even in Zalam HQ office?
Don't tell me the only HQ office of Zalam Group is the one in Sri Petaling?? blink.gif

I think since no DIBS, zalam should give Buyers options too.
Either DIRS (Reimbursement) or Reduce selling price (lower commitment).

As Interest during construction just merely 3-4% of selling price if not mistaken.
I rather pay in in full str8away rather than serving higher interest monthly loan instalment.

what i can say is, if the developer have the will to built a show unit, should be no issue at all,

if they do not have plan to built since beginning, anything can be a reason.

Generally there are 2 ways of doing it either reimburse or deduct directly from selling price. 50%50% ler I always lost in betting

we need at least 22 x 9 meter space, without any column or wall, 11 feet ceiling height, just for the sample house. and other space for office and display room, parking space and etc.

I think Zalam will cover it up by reimbursement by monthly, quarterly or half yearly, as informed by their sales agent.

Just my 2 cents and I felt that it woukd be better to let chulk kor come back to us on our request instead of hogging him for details.

He should have noted most of our requests and it's only a matter of time when things will b revealed. I und the frustration of waiting, myself is entangled on it as well but lets wait bit more.
