Yes.
Scale mode Big and Clubhouse model available
Floorplan model available.
You can go sales office to take a look but they not open on weekend. They expected us are free during weekdays. Make sure they open during weekend once launched or earlier.

Planning to visit again their sales gallery for the layout models these few days.
Seems like no one has visit their new scale models eh? Kinda quiet here, buyers gone to ekocheras? Lol

Ive just visited the sales gallery. Looks good. Their scale models are ready and honestly the scale model very detailed..even you can see clearly the carpark layour and basement carpark of Villa units. Impressed with the models. Photos also been hanged on the walls too. Nice.

EKoCheras is hot, but I stil yet to pat a visit to understand their master plan layout n density. Heard its high density and service apartment only launch by next year. Dont think I can wait that long... 2tallest building soho ady 1000units.

Frankly speaking, jadite scale models no way can compare CT models after visit. And cnt deny the fact that CT project kinda well planned.

According to my mom & friends, surprisingly jadehill landed workmanship aint that good. I wonder why she said that.
Now I believe reputable developer aint always equal to good quality.
Mahsing also has poor quality and complaint by their customer like samsung etc.
SDP has also little complaints from 5stones ownerrs.
finger cross zalam could build it with quality.

Hmm have to confirm with zalam then.
But from the scale modes, It's not on the block but at drop off area where every block has their own big signage infront.
They can do it without problem, but dont think it wil appears in out postage address la.

Hi bro, thanks for your info. But no one can confirm the proposed mrt line 2 at this moment, news said it wil proceed as planned. Well if it closes to your WOTP, then we happy for you. Guess from block C walks to mrt station quite convenient n near everyday.
But for buyer like me choosen CT for ownstay doesn really care and never wil take MRT, it only a bonus for investor who wish to flip it for better price (sellable? Can rent? Or got price no market?). Cheras south still need time to be proven.

As I know the proposed line 2 wil be passedby alam damai, damai perdana, serdang ktm. There wil be a 2000units of PR1MA condo in alam damai, and better populations too. U see the link why there's proposed line 2 here?
If confirmed, we take it as bonus, will WOTP VINA cry like hell like kids? I guess won't, cuz they bought it for living, not just da factor of mrt.. in cheras south here. If yes, they all should hav gone for Youcity instead.

Map location of CT taken today from sales gallery. stated proposed mrtline 2. Hope it's beneficier to those really take mrt as daily transportstion not for investors.

Yes bro, cant really think too much on the MRT line2 factor ady, found something we really interested and it's potential, then grab it before too late.
With our "efficient" govt, dont know when the MRT 2 wil be completed. in 10years or longer ... ...
if both WOTP & CT very nice, you also dont wish to sell it off with higher price, unless u can get the same thing with same amount of money NOW or unless change to landed like SemiD/Bungalow. haha
