3 25cents / 27.5 cents including sinking funds
4 9.18acres freehold Land

5 would like to confirm again, SA said few times before that Carpark is Side by Side. (2 carparks given) NO to Tandem carpark.

Just read alots silly posts shootin CT from Vina thread.
Lazy to layan them since they love their purchase so much.
Their location, access, surrounding, resort"less" feel r the cons too n never accept it but just know how to criticise other ppl prop. Pathetic.
As I know C180 has a bad workmanship by mitraland, I always lunch and have haircut there. Asked friend not to buy the residence even it's cheap in psf. Just not "wong"

Honestly guess most of the buyers not sure the background of Zalam.
Mind telling more? Well know it from their website, main contractor for other developers.

1500+ of their unit layout is fine, the living is spacious. But how come I cant find the weakness u mentioned before? wardrobe cant fit in?
our 1269sf 2 small rooms, worried only can fit in small 2 "column" waredrobe. haha

Yes I was informed by SA it's side by side too. Hope the info is correct and true.
With 9.18 acres of land, I think it's sufficient to provide side by side parking lots notworthy.gif

I always go there. For me nothing special. Perhaps the Beer factory (if not mistaken) wil hav more ppl. only the opposite outdoor shoplot are wong.

1. idealspace for wardrobe
2. ideal window location
3. better dimension (10feet x 10feet vs 14feet x 7feet, which one you think is better?)
4. main door and balcony direction

etc.

by the way, their 1500sf unit is 3+1, we are 4+1, of coz their living hall bigger. smile.gif

Just had a look on their floorplan 1250sf. Yea agreed with you.

The shape of bedroom3 is weird rectangle shape (maybe this can use for studyroom with long bookshelves.

Bedroom2 the worst, windows facing unknown, no view. And the wardrobe dont know where to put, either wil "crash" with door, or block the window on right, the otherside is bathroom door unable to fit any.

The main drawback for me wil be the Balcony, 25% of it wil be the AC ledge. Small and without glass.

Oh no, should stop talk about Vina. =P
