but in the end, i think most customers were very satisfied with the product.

now i don't think the same developer offer such customisation anymore. kekeke.

If each of the units will have own design, the price is no longer 500psf, likely 1000psf?

Bear in mind that the developer cost of building material is base on bulk purchase in order to get the good price.

Btw where is the jogging track? is this the one along the roadsize around block A to Block B/C?
or just within the Central Valley park?

lol.
we are not accountant, you spend days to calculate the whole things and finish all at once.
for us, we do this and that, one by one, piece by piece to get it done progressively. smile.gif
