regardless, if you didn't face this problem and you're facing it now, then it means that there's something going on with your device

usually freebies will be utilized first, then only the ones that you've paid for your subscription. So the 30mb will usually be used first

what do you do with your phone usually? sms, call, data(show it in order, and describe how much of data/call/sms that you use) then I will somehow show you the plan that suits u

In overall, U Mobile's Prepaid UMI28 data plan seems to be the best as it gives you 50 min of free call, 30 sms and 1gb of data

But, isn't it normal for the 1-5 sec delay? At least its normal for me because I'm facing such condition with digi as well

under the same network doesn't always mean that host got problem then client got problem............ coz the host will usually allocate a dedicated bandwidth for them

change it to 2g then set it back to 3g and see if it helps

Edge. But weird, is your model the dual sim one? If yes then try and put it at the other slot as you may just put it at the slot where only 2g and 2.5g is available

then there's probably no 3g coverage at your area then
