Abit fedup with Samsung with all its not use apps n hidden running apps consuming my battery 

Well what attracts me with Z1, i'm always outdoor can worried if there's a rain. Its waterproof ability helps and i really like the way it captures pictures with the shutter button at the side.

And at least its auto-focus is well sorted ( according to my preference ) than all dumb Samsung Galaxy I own ...

Any review on this phone ?

Does umobile have micro or nano sim like maxis/hotlink has? Or, they're still with cutting sim?

I went to umobile dealer store ystrdy, and they only cut the sim. I asked them if they have the micro/nano sim in its original shape, but they said they don't have yet, they only cut as of now. Lame ler umobile

just test it with a prepaid card first, it's cheap.  after test and your area is good then sign up postpaid, this is what i've done with my wife's umobile line.  in Ipoh area, umobile trumps maxis celcom and digi

Guys for the free roaming in Singapore, so if I'm already on UMI, do I still get charged for Data? Do they have any sort of links in Singapore that enables me to be still using the subscribed plan? Hmm..

Also, what's up with the free roaming when I still get charged for RM0.55 for receiving calls? Why are they calling it free roaming?

What's the point when receiving calls also need to charge. That's not called FREE roaming lor.. So misleading leh..

Better if I buy a local SIM pack. No fees for receiving calls.. Right? Though I must admit their rates are quite attractive compared to other telcos.

But I thought initially was that the stated "FREE ROAMING" means not needing to pay anything at all when receiving calls when in Singapore. I mean, DiGi or Maxis don't charge you for roaming on the overseas countries' networks also right? Only charge you when you make a call or send a SMS.

But at least they do offer some good rates for calling and receiving calls la. Still, it's wiser to get a local prepaid card. So that you don't get charged for receiving calls from your friends in Malaysia.
