dun get disappointed just because of comment on ur VS...u shud b vry confident of ur product.members got d right to buy VS from anyone (even though u r saga member/u post in other thread even in persona thread).at least ppl that dun buy from u didnt thrash ur product in ur selling thread...for example if i dun wan to buy ur product but u post in persona thread, then i boh song go ur selling thread thrash talk ur product...i dun hv to do so cz that is only thrash talking and will only make myself a BIG FOOL...

so dun b disappointed...by looking at ur sales thread, there is still customers that are supporting ur product...

dunno...wait after my pg trip...mayb nex week need to go PG...mileage only 57000+ km...

Hahahha wording no emotion, wordings make people misunderstanding ... another good cases haha .... ~ well for me in pricing and reputability I still will go for eric teoh as it has been tested and proven, temporarily no bad commentary at all

Now I really understand on a story, basically it about on class, when a teacher draw a dot on whiteboard, and ask every student, what have u seen?All the students say a dot at whiteboard, but the teacher said is there only a dot?Why u cant see the white colour, which is clean without dot, this means is, even a ppl has a disadvantages, or buruk, all of them notice on the bad and din notice on his good side....and my case also the same, everyone is concern on bad thing whcih is bad comment on my post, but good comment, does it really show to forumer that I have sold out how many ppl ONLY~~~Just I wan to share to u all...

As an auditor what i realise is even though those product got sirim certified adn QC checked also useless ... thing can be very fragile,just like some M&E material at construction site defects alots even with QC checked~ hahaha what they pass is just the moment they tested it with sampling testing .... the different between manufacturing and home made is that manufacturing most is sampling test, as i know eric home made is tested each of them working fine only take to us to install that is why until now 0 failure rate ~

he could b very against u selling VS...who knows? if really thats d case, then u jz need to try ur best to sell to other customers lo and try to ignore him. since u want to help him and he pretend that u are not, then just move on with other customers that wanted to try ur product out...

Well as an consumer what we do is depends on ppl review + own knowledge to judge whether this product is suitable for us since non of us has tested the brand/ product. So you really can't blame us keep supporting eric but not you.

Even when I purchase Eric VS i also taking risk as I really dont know whether is that really that good (as 0 bad comment) until i decided to buy and test it, it satisfied me ... in order to mitigate risk normally ppl will suggest fren to buy which they tested and satisfied ....

so that is hard part as a seller like you, you need to think how u able to convince ppl to take from you instead of eric.. and since there are some comment on it ppl will even loss confidence on your product when see the comment... so it is about customer relationship management if customer got complaint what do you do to assist them, as eric he ald told me if my VS got problem just call him, he will immediate arrange a time to collect and do replacement... if your purchaser not sending back try to ask him why what problem what can you do for him. And as brother SiuYi said let ppl try it out then return to you is something good as if siuyi tested it is satisfied then he probably will suggest ppl buy from you from there u gain back ur reputation as a seller. As i remember before eric start selling he also let ppl test it, it is work only he start selling.
