It's has to go back to the original objective of booking.
If this is my own stay and l like it then why paranoid of the lack of take up rate?

If this is for my long term investment, pls review the nearby rental and see if it meets my goal of rental play. It it doesn't then cao.

If this is to flip and no lad to buffer then l better don't commit at all.

Just my view. No need to agree.

I try not to speculate the psf here..
But if dev is sincere enuf, the development shall resume and complete. If completion time is extended then LAD shall be "honoured" to early buyers.

Again, late buyers that bought during the "recent" bulk purchase may not have exceeded the agreed period spelt in SnP. Hence less/slim chance for LAD.

I suggest, buyers to form a group to monitor the "progress" by at least posting pictures of "progress" in a periodic manner. Can post the pictures here if possible. No matter how snail pace it is, the project have to move.
Need to get to the public eyes to push it further.

Cannot let it be sick for long time, else the project may become abandoned (terbengkalai) one day.

What a roller coaster ride from projek sakit to vp day.
Good thing there is vp.
Be prepared for the "unexpected" cutting corners/finishing.

Me not a fan of design and price tag of this project
The same time, certainly don't wanna see any projek sakit around this area.
