Haha Naga not Mamba. i played most of my games at my laptop these days, starting to setup my desktop for gaming, oh well see how it goes la maybe i get a new screen in the future. Currently need save some cash wei , spend quite alot recently :S and i sold my naga off already so yeah its just deathadder and ouroboros.

Synapse 2.0 is bugging. Annoying when pop up after wake up from sleep because its try to connect to the internet.

Previously I was having problems with the Kraken 7.1 (check page 41 of this thread, thanks!)

apparently I kinda fixed it myself.

1) I uninstalled Razer Sypnase 2.0
2) Uninstalled Razer Kraken 71 from Device Manager
3) Remove all Razer Surround/Razer Kraken 7.1 keys/data from Registry
4) reboot then re-install Razer Sypnase 2.0 then reboot after installing
5) plug in Kraken 7.1 and let Sypnase do it's job and Windows to install driver software
6) Tadaa! Zero issues and now I can experience the Virtual 7.1 fully! (Tested with COD: Ghost and CS: GO and Team Fortress 2)


NOTE : Registry edit must not be done unless you are 100% sure of what you're doing OR when you are rich enough to buy a new pc/laptop. These steps provided are fix for my own issue (problem with Skype and 7.1 calibration) . If you want to follow these steps, please take note that I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE if you encounter a problem or messed your PC up. Altho it works for me, I am not 100% sure that it will work for you.

ALWAYS MAKE A SYSTEM RESTORE POINT BEFORE TOUCHING THE REGISTRY.

while I'm in game, I tried to press the button to either increase or decrease the DPI (I guess so) , but it doesn't work.

I've turned on the mouse acceleration in game, so I think there must be something I don't know

have you configured it appropriately in Synapse 2.0?

My Megalodon beats the crap out of it lel.

Summary: If u listen to a wide genre of music; like me (from Korsakov to Dimmu Borgir) this is NOT for you.

These cans are top notch ONLY if you listen to EDM. Even with EQ tweaks it's missing a lot of details. Cymbal crashes, for example.

try turning up the vol more...if still cannot hear those details like cymbal crashes etc...then probably the amp is not going to help.

i tried turning the volume up as far as i dare to... but the bass is just too overpowering. drowns out all the highs.

Turning up the volume should not be the solution. Details should be apparent at comfortable listening levels. Unfortunately that headset is not meant for listening to music. Getting a sound card or entry level DAC/AMP helps but it's wasted on the Kraken.

You are better of getting the Shure SRH240/SRH440 for around RM200-350, but you'll need to get seperate mics. You can get a nice one from the US for RM8-10. If you want an attached Mic and better sound you can get the Beyerdynamic ONE Pro. Best gaming headset there is under RM1K range.

I have a Lachesis mouse. Everything is fine but sometimes it has minor issue. The mouse seems not reacting to up and down direction some times.

For instance, I move 2 inch distance on screen with 2 cm movement on hand. Sometimes when I do the same, it only move a little bit on screen. It's quite annoying especially when I'm playing game or editing pictures, which requires high precision on the screen.

Anyone has this issue before? Any recommended mouse to me?
