Glad you liked it. Solid feeling is probably because it prevents bottoming out but also decrease actuation distance.

I juz gotten a new DA 2013 mouse again after send to RMA for mouse wheel broken. Great and fast service from Razer and mainly Gaming Brightstar which only takes 2 weeks time

Nope. as most shop cover 1st year charges if any by them. only 2nd years onwards need to be done by ourself or by some charges by the reseller.

I was surprise too coz they can just insert back the mousewheel, but instead, they gave me a new unit

Hi..any Deathadder 2013 user here and got problem like mine?
I noticed the scroll wheel occasionally squeaks while scrolling.
And when I push the scroll wheel from the rightside to the left, I get a very squeaky sound and the scrollwheel moves quite much. Now when I push the scrollwheel from the leftside to the right there is no movement and no noise at all.
I feel this quiet annoying.
Damn, i'm just bought this mouse two days ago..
Can i request from shop to change to new one?..i dont want to rma because its will take long time

Mine pretty silent. I do scroll a lot, used to G500 free scroll.
Send it to the store lar since you bought it just few days.

or just put a small small drop of singer oil.

Mine works just fine though.

Yup, sounded like it suppose to I guess. Definitely no squeaky sound. Send your back for exchange.

Won't spoil la, I had many mouse wheels with this issue. Works every time. Since you just bought it ya better exchange. Make sure you bring everything inc boxes. Some shops really make it hard for you want this and that.

at purchased receipt stated that "1-1 is valid for 1 month from receipt date and is subject to stock availability"

Usually retail shops only offer 7 days 1-1 exchange, but yours until 1 month. Do send it back for an exchange then, and hopefully still have stocks.
