just bought Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2013, any different with Stealth version?
very impress with the keyboard the size, the feel and the back lit color is super bright yooo.

deathadder 2013 also good, probably the best optical mouse that i ever bought. The sensor is very smooooooth
*
Blackwidow Ultimate 2013 uses Cherry MX Blue switches, distinctive for their "clicky" sound, while the Stealth version uses Cherry MX Brown. You can read some real superb info here from our own LYN keyboard enthusiasts. smile.gif For me personally, I prefer Cherry Blue switches as I type and also game a lot, so the "clicky sound" is definitely a plus point for me. biggrin.gif I nearly wanted to get the Ultimate 2013, but I finally settled for the cheaper CM Storm Trigger which is nearly RM80 cheaper. sweat.gif But too bad it can't match with my DA 2013 (red vs. green lighting). tongue.gif And yes, the DA 2013 is indeed the best mouse that I've owned and used. thumbup.gif

i'm typing on cherry browns now but super miss the clicky sound from cherry blues  sweat.gif
the da dragon age is red themed  brows.gif

At first I wanted to go for Brown, but after some "hands-on", I terus got poisoned by the Blue clicky sound and feel. biggrin.gif Haha, I guess I will just settle with my DA 2013, real nice mouse. smile.gif Btw, how is your Kana Dota 2? Saw from your siggy.

tbh while the shape feels nice, the switches are a little hard and the sensor is quite bad  sweat.gif . just 4 dpi steps and tracks badly at 1600 and 3200 dpi. they've resolved both of these issues with the new kana v2  smile.gif
*
That's enlightening. tongue.gif Thought of trying it out, since it comes with a nice bundle. The default DPI steps are 400-800-1600-3200 right? This is done by clicking the DPI button right? Without any softwares?

default DPI's are those that you stated. it has software but all it does is to assign macros. you can only switch between 2 DPI levels according to what you have assigned in the software. one thing i'm sad about is that DPI steps are fixed and can't be altered even with software cry.gif
*
Meaning if we install the software, and then set the DPI to e.g 800 - 1600 DPI, I can only switch between these 2 settings via the DPI button? Wah, if the DPI are fixed and can't change other than the pre-defined settings, then it's definitely a minus point for me. sad.gif

any idea how to make my DA 2013 logo led static? now it keeps dimming on off on off lol, i check on synapse still cant find that setting only on and off biggrin.gif

btw, i love my overpriced brand new keyboard blackwidow 2013 ultimate, blue switcher really give me orgasm while typing biggrin.gif if i bring this keyboard at my university sure my roomate cant sleep well due the sound of clicky haha
*
The "breathing" effect of the DA2013 is always on, once you choose to switch on the LEDs for the logo. There isn't a way to make it permanently on at all times. smile.gif

If not mistaken, the Refresh is blue LED lit. The 2013 version is green LED lit. The outer packaging shows the razer logo on the center of the mouse in green color.

hi guys, need a mousepad suggestion.
im thinking about goliathus , either control or speed? whats the diff? im a 6k - 7k DPI user. smile.gif
*
I would recommend dropping by any retail shops to have a look at the surface. From the official website, Control is marketed as having a heavily textured weave that creates the right amount of friction, so you get pixel-precise targeting for absolute in-game accuracy, while Speed is marketed as having a slick and seamless surface so that your gaming mouse glides quickly with zero hindrance. For your case, since you have such a high DPI for your mouse, it would be nice to pair with the Control. smile.gif

For me, I personally use Speed and paired with a 2.6k DPI setting, it works just fine for me. So I find it to be a case of adjusting and getting ourselves used to the mousepad. biggrin.gif

Hi..any Deathadder 2013 user here and got problem like mine?
I noticed the scroll wheel occasionally squeaks while scrolling.
And when I push the scroll wheel from the rightside to the left, I get a very squeaky sound and the scrollwheel moves quite much. Now when I push the scrollwheel from the leftside to the right there is no movement and no noise at all.
I feel this quiet annoying.  vmad.gif
Damn, i'm just bought this mouse two days ago..  doh.gif
Can i request from shop to change to new one?..i dont want to rma because its will take long time  sweat.gif
*
Mine works just fine though.

Oic..thx bro for answer  nod.gif ..i hope the shop got another deathadder for exchange  sweat.gif
at purchased receipt stated that "1-1 is valid for 1 month from receipt date and is subject to stock availability"  sweat.gif
*
Usually retail shops only offer 7 days 1-1 exchange, but yours until 1 month. thumbup.gif Do send it back for an exchange then, and hopefully still have stocks. smile.gif

Oic..because i see at receipt got written 1 month exchange..btw the shop is Jayacom
this shop is reliable? because i see got many thread say that this shop bad  hmm.gif
my bad because i'm not search 1st before i bought from them  sweat.gif
*
LOL, I've never bought anything from Jayacom before though. Last time I went there, the sales person wasn't even interested in doing business with me at all. biggrin.gif

Nevertheless, since you have a supposedly defective product, I believe it's your right to have a replacement for it, since it's also clearly stated that they will exchange 1-1 for the 1st month.
