prediction is based on the assumption of no major policy changes.

if that Dr predict during that time bubble. ( he also predict no major change of policy in givt, bnm ruling and etc)

if during the period. BNM. govt. changes some rules/policy. So he is entitle to do another prediction again the changes right?

Wow... you actually replying them... lol!

Its very simple to ask questions such as drop by how many %, when will it happen, which region, what housing type, etc, etc and the same questions can be asked to the Up campers, such as so how many % appreciate in next 5 years, breakdown by year, region, type, location (and also say make sure you don't get it wrong)... sigh... that's why when they talk have to also put yourself in others shoes... For example... if you don't have government assistance, can you buy two? or only one or none? If you don't have govt assistance, would you have obtain opportunity to go to university? Or end up selling burgers? Its not about attacking someone or anybody... only those that know it is true inside feel defensive... and that's why none of the other up campers supporting because they also know that its the truth and advantage is an advantage whether you admit it or not... So what if you've got a handicap, why so egoistic, stubborn and arrogant? So before talking/ questioning please think and reflect first...

Btw... what's up with the stock market??? jeez...

Why not?
1. No one has the crystal ball, so no one knows the future
2. It is ok to predict with assumptions, if wrong, never mind, admit the mistake and predict again
3. Property mkt is very "localized", it is very hard to calculate the % of drop / rise of a particular area / project. In a single condo, if one is facing the golf course, another facing the highway, you may find that the demand and selling price may vary 10%-20%.
4. Every single moment has certain % properties rise and certain % properties drop, different sector, location, area and project has different curve. Unlike stock mkt, I dun believe 100% property price crash or 100% property price increase.
My take :- KV 20 Good 80 Bad, Iskandar 60 Good 40 Bad, Penang 50 Good 50 Bad
Shd stop buying highrise now, I think only < 10% of the condo (old / new) are good buy.

i reply bcs they are sending wrong message to other reader.

for example imf will predict a country X will bankrupt bcs this and that.

but if the country X don't listen to this and that and improve its condition. propability of that country go brankupt is very high.

but if that country x listen, do something, improve here and there. so should we facus so much on imf's shit prediction? continue to say wrong prediction here and there.

But, OMG ! we got property taiko just did that ....i guess he is from another universal and don't undertsand the social behavour effect on property . doh.gif

So from your points above... overall what you think about market? up? stay? down? From how I read your statements on % good/ bad sounds like how do we say it... negative.

Accept your good intentions to try and give a clearer perception and to encourage others to consider all other factors before entering a life time commitment... I would do the same and have been doing the same... To tell you the truth, these up campers are doing me a favour... They encourage BBB which makes its better!!! For me... in the end, I get more bang for my buck... lol!!!! Seriously can't wait to go mega sales not only in Malaysia... but Singapore as well... That's why I'm happy to see Singaporeans also putting their cash into Malaysia... excellent... brows.gif

Let said u now take Iskandar 60 Good 40 bad. u said it base on today assupmtion and not much changes.

But, if said. sunndenly govt tomorrow said rpgt 50% on first 2 years purchases and 40% from 3 to 8 years and all local / foreigner paid stamp duty 30%/50% on 3rd purchases above. All ltv for 3 rd property / above is 50%

So, can i said your prediction wrong tomorrow? I can't bcs the condition chnages so much.

Yes definitely 100% correct. Vive versa apply both ways. What handicap is he talking about? I bought two and have my own risk doing it, dont whine about me being lucky. Luck has got nothing to do with it. If i want to be a flipper i bought the non bumi lot ,definitely can sell easily. The DDD guys just dunno what they are talking. And the early birds all of us got discounts. The difference was insignificant.

Now they blame condition change pulak. What the hell. Then dont do any prediction la if want to say about condition change, because they are predicting condition is going to change thus making the price to crash. Really dunt think DDD know what they are talking about.

we all do some different stages of prediction. Be it investment or none investment.

we predict silver will be good.

we predict mas share will worth 50sen next year

we predict MMC gamuda will get Mrt 2

we predict car price will be increase

we predict more Malay going to buy property

we predict landed house will do better

we predicts Reminbi will do better

we predicts Real Madrid will win

we predicts Nelson Mandela won't live until year xxx

we predcits UTar ranking will improve by year 2015

we predcict oil price will increase

we predict if we don't do this and that it will be what and why not there.

everyday we are predicts this and that. It is part of us bcs we don't have crystal ball.

But most our prediction is base on today assumption.

Ok let me do a prediction, if an earthquake happens in KL then price of property will crash. Like that also can, right? Then everybody can make money being fortune tellers.
