Strength/power something like that, the higher it is the better the damage/healing etc

i wanna ask, since 1 char can play all the class, switch jobs, but the stat how? will change according to class? then later the bonus stat also >< change class but stat no change also jialat wei... str healer.. how to play..

all stats allocation is per class basis, so say you allocate all to your gladiator, once you change to conjurer you can allocate a new set of stats for that one.
