why i cant login in at this forum? but i can login at account management service. it say You could not log in because the service account in question is not registered.

Seems the full game download will only be available starting the 15th according to Gildrien (community rep) at the beta forums...

FFXIV: ARR Test Client for Beta Test Phase 4 is Now Available (08/09/2013)

The test client (Windows version) for beta test phase 4 is now available for download.
You may download and install the test client but please be noted that even if you launch the game, it will be in a maintenance mode until August 15th.

They already disable any p3 tht try to boot up

a fren didn't play P3, but had registered a beta code after P3 and before 22nd July date, can he still start on the 16th ? Or must wait 17th

Only those who have the previous Beta or already registered as Beta can gain access to the Beta on the 16th of August.

Those who did not get into beta will have to wait on the 17th to register your self.

Our IP will auto get EU version only. And no, VPN/Change your IP proxy will not help, but make it worst. GMG has no tolerant to ppl who use VPN/Proxy to purchase from their Site. May get your items lost in process including money.

I never joined previous beta, but I really want to get in the next beta...how do I register? I don't have any beta code, only the pre-order one...

Wait, this is confusing...I don't understand the registration part.
If you mean register a SquareEnix account, I already have one, just that I can't enter my pre-order code yet.
Usually Open Beta never needs any additional registration or beta code to enter...unless FFXIV is different?
If I have to register, or get beta code, to enter Open Beta, where & when I can [A] Register [cool.gif Get beta code?

You will need to register for open beta on the 17th to get beta access code.
