HOnestly i dont think so, developer is greedy !! when they know anyaman selling 600 they will sell 30% lower ? u must be joking man.. maybe at beginning they plan to sell 410 seeing now can sell higher sure jack up the price

What I mean is the dual car park is only for facing swimming pool view, lvl 10 and above (Expensive around 15-20k compared with same floor outside view). At least that is from what I heard...conflicting information...

+10. Same thing apply to us. If I know my next door selling 500k, will I let go my unit at 450k? Thts why property market keep pushing up.

its located on the opposite side of BTS which has been separated by MRR2.....wonder how to walk over...........
